Founded in 1986, Food Specialities Limited (FSL) has grown to become a leading and innovative solutions provider to the food and beverage industry in the Middle East and Africa.FSL caters to the entire spectrum of the food and beverage industry, supplying food ingredients and commodities to manufacturers, dairy and agro commodities to traders and premium hospitality products to the HoReCa sector.Main Responsibilities of the GRO1)Maintain all company documents such as Commercial Registration, Saudization, GOSI, Tax etc.2) Perform duties related to the job as assigned by Head of Supply Chain (Translations, SFDA product registrations, MOI, MOC, customs clearance & stock issues, co-ordinate with Government entities to issue licenses).3)Involve in Customer Service duties as and when required.4)Coordinate with all necessary agencies for processing work visa in KSA.Other responsibilities:1. Debt Collection2.Paying all government payment/fee3.Communicate with all employees and their management for all government requests.4.Keeping all documents required by governmental agencies while processing them, and submitting them to concerned employee5.Coordinate with HR, Finance?department and update them for new hiring status regulations. Provide report on monthly basis for all government relation processes6.Coordinating with Staff regarding personnel issues related to governmental applications as required?
