We are looking for Customer Service executive for Jeddah, Riyadh, Kobar for Saudi ArabiaResponsibilities:? Communicating with customers through various channels.? Make multiple outbound calls to potential customers.? Facilitate future sales.? Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients.? Understand customer needs and offer solutions ? Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints? Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests? Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints? Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer supportDocument scrutiny and collection of applications for visa processing.Handle customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephone.
