Primary Purpose of the job:? Carrying out in-depth credit assessments for existing and new customers.? Preparation of comprehensive credit evaluation reports in accordance with the Credit policy and guidelines.Principal Accountabilities:? Preparation of spreadsheets based on financial statements and performing financial analysis.? Assess creditworthiness of existing / prospective clients by carrying out thorough analysis in terms of financial, business, economic, and industry risks.? Preparation of in-depth credit evaluation reports after careful analysis of data and information.? Review credit applications and perform the necessary credit checks by obtaining credit bureau reports.? Ensure adherence to the Credit policy and guidelines and practice due diligence.? Coordinate with Relationship Managers and Regional Managers to obtain the necessary information and clarifications from the customers regarding their business operations, financial performance, and other areas.? Oversee the administration of credit files ensuring that all documents are being maintained according to policies and procedures.? Measure and report on departmental metrics.? Prepare and submit activity reports to the management by the required deadlines.
