Job Description

Job PurposeTo carry out all sales related activities which includes; Prospecting, Customer Evaluation, Customer Relation, Customer Retention and ensuring consistent service to key accounts under their supervision.Responsibilities

  1. Generating leads to enroll prospective business partners through market surveys, cold calls and other related sources and prepare weekly customer visit plans and maintain Daily Sales Call Reports (DSCR)?
  2. Enroll new customers and target competitors accounts for acquisition to increase sales volume and attain projected lease revenue and growth in profitable lease business
  3. Completing the Sales funnel and submitting the reports to Corporate Sales Manager/RM
  4. Achieve monthly and annual budgeted sales revenue target assigned to them?
  5. Preparing quotations for customers with proper approval as stipulated by company?s leasing policy
  6. Communicate effectively with customers about new products, new and revised tariffs and lease rates?
  7. Ensure effective coordination with Sales Coordinators to ensure timely delivery of vehicles
  8. Maintain updated information about each key account under their supervision including number of lease units, contract value, Premature Termination (PMT), pending orders, special requests etc.
  9. Ensure good service to customers and address their concerns and complaints immediately in coordination with senior management wherever necessary
  10. Effective coordination between customers and Budget Accounts dept and Credit Control Depts. to ensure timely collection of dues and receivables
  11. Monitoring of Lease expiry vehicles in RLMS regularly and proactively approach customers for renewals and new orders
  12. Maintain customer records and communication trail effectively and in an organized manner as per company policy
  13. Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information of the company, lease rates, customer leads and other internal discussions and information in a professional manner
  14. Timely coordination and communication with Lease Customer Care Office
