Assist Corporate HR manager in:? Enhance the organization effectiveness by assisting in designing people related systems & processes.? Diagnose the organizational issues & addressing them through effective interventions plans.? Execute of HR activities related to Corporate HR functions (C&B, Recruitment, Policies & Procedures,?etc.)? Execute of projects related to HR activities, Structuring of Comp & Ben, Management Development &Succession Planning & other policies.? Benchmark & create world class/forward looking policies & procedures, etc. for effectiveness.? Initiate Employee Engagement Practices.? Lead & Implement Training & Development strategies.? Create Companies HR KPIs.? Handling issues like compensation & Benefits, policy making, training, succession planning, deciding theframework of the companies.? Manage HR Committee different activities.? Plan and conduct local seminars, forum, workshops.? Track government new policies & analyze impact.? Manage corporate calendar & meetings.?
