Implement procedures & processes related to the convening of ordinary and extraordinary general assemblies of the Company.?
Prepare the board annual report.?
Calculating the Board member?s remunerations along with the other formed committees.??
Overseeing all aspects of the company?s corporate governance framework implementation and relevant requirements including reviewing and drafting regulatory documentation and procedures and assisting in the internal awareness of all related regulations
