a.˙˙Deep technical knowledge and experience in construction projects, including hardscape, softscape, irrigation works and maintenance, according to the best arbitration practices, codes and standards.b.˙˙Knowledge and experience in the contractual arbitration, applicable laws and contracts? or accounts management with their relevant SLA, output or KPI matrix.c.˙˙Accountable for the ownership and monitoring the contractual terms and conditions, starting from bidding stage, commencement of the project, submittals till closing documents.d.˙˙Responsible to support the landscape business and his colleagues in contractual reviews, management, discussion including claims, escalation and problems resolving functions on the projects throughout the complete progress phases.e.˙˙Periodic coordination and meetings with the contract managers of the different project stakeholders to debate and preserve legally and contractually the interest of the organization arising from unforeseen events.f.˙˙˙˙Accountable for the coordination and establish efficient tracking procedure and processes of the contractual time lines and responses deadlines aiming to preserve the organization interests for early warning and claims as needed in a proactive approach.g.˙˙Prepares the weekly, monthly and yearly reports presentations for management review and updates.h.˙˙Review, comment or provide solutions during the phase of contractual negotiations prior to final signatures with non-exhaustive approach related to construction and Operations & Maintenance projects.i.˙˙˙˙Compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental standards besides local regulations.j.˙˙˙˙Keep records of the sequence of events and proper incidents documentation for future references.k.˙˙Prepare, initiate or respond to the correspondences related to the different project stakeholders for management approvals.˙
