Responsibilities:? Contract with all suppliers as requested by the Product Manager;? Collect contracts and complete including signatures at the right time to meet our annual productcycle?s needs;? Negotiate the best rates with the best terms and conditions possible.? Check all contracts to ensure accurate & adequate information is included before sending them tothe General Manager for signing.? Make sure that all contracting activities are carried out in accordance with Saudi legislation &company policy.? Keep yourself aware of the market trends, analyze opportunities when new suppliers open, andknow what our competition buys. Regularly keep the Management informed of this.? Ensure a clean and correct contracting database of EXO Saudi Arabia following EXO procedures.
