Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Review and analyze contract documents to identify potential risks or issues.
  2. Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and suppliers.
  3. Draft and prepare contracts, amendments, and other legal documents.
  4. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, including timely delivery of goods and services.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any contract-related issues or disputes.
  6. Monitor contract performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of contract management policies and procedures.
  9. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in contract law.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in contract management or a similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations.
  4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  5. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  7. Proficient in contract management software and MS Office.
  8. Ability to analyze complex contractual issues and propose practical solutions.
  9. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  10. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
