Assumes primary responsibility for the medical care of the patient under his/her care, directly manages and oversees the care of that patient, and is ultimately responsible for the quality of care for the patient.
Provides high quality patient care in all aspects of General and Oncology Surgery according to his/her approved clinical privileges.
Provides consultation (inpatient, and emergency room) upon request and responds in a timely manner within the prescribed timeframe as outlined in hospital policy.
Responsible for the timely completion, competencies, accuracy and eligibility of the medical record.?
