PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Identify, organize, and control the software and hardware configuration changes
Identify and coordinate processes for the version management, system build, backup and recovery, archiving and change management?
Support and facilitate audit reporting?
Releasing all drawings and work instructions as per the standards required?
Updating latest revisions of drawings and work instructions on the production line?
Leading the manufacturing engineers and provide on job training?
Sponsoring service improvements initiatives
Reporting the effectiveness of the configuration management to the senior management?
Approving and communicating the goals and objectives of the configuration management to the manufacturing engineers?
Ensuring that the manufacturing engineers are supporting the day to day delivery of configuration management?
Ensuring consistent execution of the processes across the operations?
Establishing priority and work assignments?
Tracking compliance to the policies and procedures?
Preparing and presenting the configuration management reporting?
Creating the required KPIs to ensure control of the process and resources.
