Job Description

Job PurposeEnsure that the company is conducting its business in full compliance with all national and international laws, including regulations which will involve creating, reviewing, and implementing policies and procedures and best practices within the industry.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesKey Accountabilities

  • Lead and implement an effective legal compliance program
  • Develop and modify procedures, reports, etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
  • Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
  • Supervise control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
Key Activities
  • Ensure that the company adheres to all regulations set by the regulators.
  • Implementing the compliance program.
  • Reviewing the policies and procedures of the company from a compliance perspective.
  • Participates in resolving the regulatory issues
  • Participates in issuing the compliance department reports
  • Monitor the customer complaints related to compliance
  • Prepare non-compliance violations and follow up on the corrective action plan implementation
  • Participating in the team-works formed by the company management for purposes and operations in relation to compliance.
