Support the Head of the Compliance function to ensure that the company adheres to SAMA regulatory circulars, rules and regulations as well as internal policies.
Support Compliance?s mission by proactively identifying, mitigating, and monitoring regulatory compliance risks.
Participate in developing and overseeing controls to prevent or mitigate potential violations of SAMA guidelines and internal policies.
Monitoring the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously.
Main responsibilities :
Perform enterprise-wide internal audits and jobsite compliance audits, including conducting examinations, utilizing data analytics, reviewing and analyzing evidence, testing transactions and other hands-on audit procedures, as necessary.
Execute continuous compliance testing, design remediation and risk mitigation solutions, and collaborate cross functionally to establishing automated testing and evidence collection.
Manage, Document and assist business units with adherence to SAMA circulars & Regulations.?
?Perform/assist with compliance investigations, incident response, issue resolution and documentation.
Provide reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the Audit Committee and senior management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
Required experience :
Minimum 3 years? experience in Compliance & AML
Specialization required for the job:
a bachelor?s degree in business administration or finance or accounting?/CCO & CAMS PREFEERD
