Job Description

One of our clients is in the Real Estate industry, in Saudi Arabia, and is hiring for the position of a Commercial ManagerLocation: Makkah˙Years of Experience: 7 +?Visa provided for offshore candidates.Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage all aspects of marketing and sales for all sectors of urban development.
  • Designing and preparing marketing and sales plans for urban projects that suit˙customers needs and in accordance with their requirements for the geographical area˙and the category of targeted customers, according to the nature of the project.
  • Preparing, developing and managing annual marketing budgets by forecasting˙requirements and analyzing the urban market and customer trends˙
  • Participate in the implementation of market studies and research in cooperation with˙the Business Development Manager.
  • ?Building a˙strategy for relationships with potential customers to expand sales˙opportunities for each product (project) .
  • Constant access to the urban development market to know the latest techniques and˙methods of promotion and marketing Urban.
  • A technical and training reference in the field of marketing, sales and customer service˙for all employees working in this field in the company
  • Carrying out all the administrative tasks that ensure the selection, dismissal, training,˙rewarding and discounting of the workers under his management In order to achieve˙the highest possible efficiency and effectiveness
