? Review contract requirements for project execution, Tender clarifications (TC), identify requirements and scope ofwork (SOW).? Review and approve contractors? submittals, design proposals, work program, material submittals, methodstatements, shop drawing, request for information (RFI), variation orders and claims against the project?scontractual specifications, drawings, and documents.? Liaise with client, co-ordination with Governmental Organization and other consultants/contractors.? Ensure the works are being conducted according to the contract specification and as per approved drawings.? Study the technical specifications of the project and assign the risk points.? Participate in design meetings and provide continual input to optimize design and minimize futile work? Frequently visit to sites to ensure reliable work and help in solving technical troubles faced at site if any? Lead and conduct projects progress review meetings and co-ordination meetings.? Manage the coordination and monitoring of snagging for the points related to civil design and project handover.? Supervise the team for group work, exchanging information and experiences, find solutions? and finalize issues
