1- Minimum Bachelor degree in civil engineering from an accredited Engineering College or university. ? Minimum five years of experience and to include at least three years in the operation and maintenance of building/civil services in similar facilities (including furniture). Practical experience shall include: maintenance and operation of civil works in large projects, operation of a Planned Preventive Maintenance System and services day-to-day with a working knowledge of computers and good management control. 2- ? Extensive knowledge of International regulation, standards and codes of practices related to construction and maintenance such as NEC, NFPA-HCF & JCAHO is required. 3 - ? Strong leadership skills with the ability to deliver results. 4 - ? Excellent organizational, written and oral communication, reporting and interpersonal skills .
