Duties and responsibilities

Performing day-to-day accounting transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payables, expenses, payroll, and petty cash.
Prepare weekly / monthly bank reconciliations.
Preparing the payment to suppliers and reconcile their accounts.
Following the prepayments and accruals in AX and later in SAP.
Recording the credit notes to fruit suppliers.
Assisting in handling Consignment sales in KSA and Bahrin
Prepare the workflow of payment to supplier and another payment.
Keep documentation of all internal transactions.
Work according to the tasks assigned to him by his direct manager.
