Job Description

Job PurposeResponsible for maintaining and producing RO, DM, WFI, as per the production? requirements. Ensure that water treatment plant complies with the cGMP requirements.Responsibilities:

  • Periodical regeneration of softener and mixed bed.??
  • Periodical sanitization of the pre filters and final filters.??
  • Periodical sterilization of tanks and filters.??
  • Periodical sanitization of underground tanks and silos.??
  • Periodical checks and replacement of filters.??
  • Maintain minimum stocks of water.??
  • Continuous monitoring of water parameters.??
  • SAP entries as per the receipt of raw water and as per consumption.??
  • Ensure compliance to SOPs, GMP and safety guidelines.
