Goal crucial leader, working closely with the management to ensure product capabilities (Customer App, Driver App, Backend systems etc.), guarantee fleet and leverage deep analytical insights to deliver high impact results to the organization and top-quality service for customers.? Design innovative processes to train & support drivers, manage their utilization while growing demand with the help of marketing team, ensure customers and driver?s satisfaction and lead from the front on the growth journey.? Manage and give visibility of Operative KPIs to city leaders/ teams and provide all possible facilities to run the city.? Engage with IT team to develop effective reporting tools & participate in continuous improvement of reporting solutions.? Support on strategy implementation and ongoing business performance.? Collaborate with a wider range of stakeholders including IT, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Care, fleet, and 3rd party partners.
