Job Description

JOB PURPOSETo supervise cash van sales Representatives to ensure that Halwani customers receive excellent, timely? service and that products are effectively merchandised in all of displayed outlets within a specified? geographical location.Responsibilities

  • Supervise cash van sales rep. to ensure that they are providing consistent, excellent, timely? service to our clients in a timely manner.?
  • Plan, organize, direct and control cash van sales staff to meet sales, and collection objectives.
  • Build positive relationship with our clients to increase distribution points, execute market- wide? and targeted promotional activities, improve customer relations, and problem resolution.
  • Ensure that all Halwani products are sold into all accounts, as appropriate, and that pricing? strategies, including promotional pricing, are implemented accurately to achieve sales targets.
  • Fill in for route cash van sales representatives as needed to ensure uninterrupted, high-quality? service to Halwani?s supermarket accounts.?
  • Maintain inventory control to make sure that all available products are displayed correctly.
  • Involve in customer follow up to look for trends that indicate where additional assistance might? be needed.?
  • Constructively supervise all customer complaints to increase customer satisfaction in his area.
  • Conduct sales meetings, prepare sales reports on regular basis to keep his sales force updated? and encourage them for greater achievements.?
  • Demonstrate required behaviors and attitude in selling process whenever is needed to achieve? sales targets, and increase the proficiency level of his staff.?
  • Perform any additional assignment related to his job scope.
  • Coordinate with the branch manager/ regional sales manager / branch supervisors in all aspects? related to cash van sales rep, customers, and collection percentage and deliver the required? reports to ensure smooth operation.
