Job Description

Job Purpose

  • To assist in the development, testing, rollout and support of digital sales solutions
Responsibilities
  • Assist in identifying and documenting best practices within the organization
  • Create metrics to measure business processes
  • Work closely with other departments and external partners such as Accenture
  • Periodically review existing models and business reports
  • Monitor and evaluate business tasks objectively
  • Create Excel based models and work on Microsoft Power BI
  • Assist the Capability Building Team to reply to Helpdesk tickets
  • Analyse business master data requirements
  • Communicate with other business functions
  • Periodically visit customers and engage in field activities to understand gaps
