Job Description

Call Center Agent is responsible for responding to customer calls and providing a positive, efficient customer experience, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.Jobs Responsibilities:

  • Ensures calls are answered within predetermined time scales and are within a professional manner
  • Handle customers complaints and inquiries
  • Liaise and coordinate with Service Provider to resolve customer issues
  • Update the call center CRM system with all customer complaints on a timely basis to ensure fast retrieval of information as and when required.
  • Handle stressed, angry, and confused customers in the most positive way possible
  • Interact with customers through chat and emails.
  • Live Monitoring of the orders to ensure that the Service provider is following the KPIs set by the operations
  • Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager
