Contribute in developing 3-5 years IT ?road map and a yearly action plan based on the company strategy and business requirements (expansion, cost saving projects?etc) and in collaboration with the other functions
Evaluate and recommend new technologies/technology replacements for IT governance and security area.
Ensure in scope projects are delivered on time, to budget, to the required quality standards and effectively resourced Share and re-apply best practices across all BU?s
Implement standard project management processes, tools and methodology by ensuring good architecture, scope, CPM, resource roles and clear deliverables are identified from initial stage up to?post-implementation support
Handle complex projects such as ERP/CRM and other business applications innovation in coordination with business team and system integrator consultants
Implement system operational improvements approved by senior management prior to/ after systems implementation.
Review/Approve major change requests by business
Provide the necessary training, knowledge transfer and coaching to Business users and IT Team working with him in part of/ full project phases.
Participate in developing and deploying IT policy to ensure company?s data and assets have good utilization and safeguard
Analyse business processes identifying alternative solutions and recommending new approaches. Help establish requirements for the implementation of changes in business processes.
Co-ordinate with vendor & IT service provider to fulfill the business requirement.?
