Job Description

Our client is a leading Saudi group with a strong presence in MENA region. They have 20+ companies in their portfolio serving the construction sector. This role is based at their main office in KSA. In this role you will:

  • Review tender documents, including drawings, project specifications, bills of quantities (BOQ), scope of work, and contract details.
  • Conduct site visits, prepare reports detailing inspections, and provide recommendations.
  • Coordinate with the technical department to address technical inquiries and tender clarifications.
  • Comprehend project details and duration, and create preliminary time schedules and budgets.
  • Attend meetings to discuss project requirements and generate concise summary reports.
  • Monitor and track project progress on a monthly basis, and produce progress summary reports as needed.
  • Participate in the qualification and evaluation of vendors such as contractors, consultants, and designers.
  • Assess both technical and commercial proposals.
  • Prepare executive summary reports for tenders, highlighting key figures to facilitate management decision-making.
  • Fulfill any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Team Head.
  • Maintain regular communication with the tendering department regarding the tendering process and proposal submission.
