Job Description

Our Human Resources department is seeking a Business Contract Senior Specialist to join our team. As the Business Contract Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our contracts and legal agreements with vendors and clients. You will work closely with our legal team to ensure that all contracts are in compliance with company policies and regulations. This is a high-level position with significant responsibility, and we are seeking a candidate with strong experience in contract management and negotiation.Responsibilities

  • Manage and negotiate all contracts with vendors and clients.
  • Work with legal department to ensure all contracts are compliant with company policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate with various teams, including finance, accounting and procurement, to ensure that all contractual obligations are met.
  • Manage the creation, implementation, and maintenance of templates for contracts and legal agreements.
  • Assess legal and financial risks of contracts and advise management accordingly.
  • Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for implementing changes to the contract management process.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with vendors and clients to ensure the timely and accurate execution of contracts.
