Degree qualified in a core design discipline (Civil/Structural)Chartered Engineer (or equivalent).Member of a recognized Association / Institution of Engineers.Minimum of 15 years of post-graduate professional experience of which 5 will have been in a similar senior positionexperience on multi-disciplinary multi discipline design projectsWork experience of Design, and Detailing of Concrete and Steel Structures in Saudi Arabia projects and the ability of Preparing Design Drawings and Calculations for Different Design Stages.Competent in Reviewing Design Documents and Shop Drawings.Capable of Planning, Progress, Monitoring, Forecasting, Reporting, Presentation, and Negotiation with Clients.Detailed knowledge of applicable Saudi and international design codes and standards (SBC, ACI, UBC, IBC, AISC and ACI Manual of Concrete Practice?..etc).Experience of technical design analysis and drawings software (Etabs, Sap2000, Safe, Prokon, RCM ?Builder, S-Concrete, AutoCAD, Revit ?. Etc.).Good Knowledge of BIM requirements with sound experience working with Revit structure.The ability of self-motivation, gain skills and learning new programs as per projects requirements.Experience of BOQ calculations and to control QA & QC for the projects.Sound managerial and Technical skill setExcellent communication skills in written and spoken EnglishAbility to liaise with a wide variety of staff and Clients at all levels essentialBe able to show Leadership skillsHave excellent team building skillsCommercial awarenessAdministrative skillsNegotiation and presentation skillsExperience of due diligence for building projects desirableExperience of undertaking technical reviews for Design and shop drawings.Working knowledge of MS Office products-Excel, Word, and Power Point.Experience in Site Inspections and to provide technical support for site if required.Experience in Value Engineering and Cost Control.Experience in assessments, Rehabilitation and reports writing
