Job Description

OVERVIEW:Prepare all breads, cakes & pastries according to customer orders and brand requirements. Assist with packing of deliveries as needed. Monitor oven temperatures for adequate baking times and moisture. Communicate thoroughly during production with Head baker.RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Prepare production schedule according to customer orders and requirements.
  • Ensure each and every bake produced is to standards and is ready for delivery to the customer.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with regulation health and safety and food hygiene standards.
  • Clean cooking sheets, small equipment, mixer, and fridges according to established guidelines.
  • Keep working areas organised, clean at all times and maintain changing area in good condition.
  • Endeavour to create a positive working environment in understanding and respecting the roles of every member of the team.
