To troubleshoot problems with mechanical equipment and ensure it is functioning properly.Responsibilities

Participate in new machinery installation and implement engineer testing to ensure that it operates properly, and trains other plant workers on its use.
Troubleshoot problems with automated equipment to ensure it is functioning properly.
Provide technical input to business plans, proposals to ensure smooth operations.
Follow up daily fault report through the portal to ensure smooth operation.
Monitor the machines calibration and make the necessary report for any changes and call the outsource company for updating and fixing these changes to prevent production disruptions
Monitor the temperature and compare the reading log and replace the reading device if necessary, to prevent production disruptions
Assist with commissioning of new equipment / projects
Order and maintain appropriate stock of spare parts
