To perform minor and medium periodic maintenance services efficiently and effectively in accordance with MMC/MFTBC standards, thus ensuring a first-time fix leading to enhanced customer satisfaction and retention.úPerform regular preventive maintenance and assigned minor mechanical repair.úFill out parts requirement for assigned job, seek approval on parts requisition forms from Workshop Foreman and collect parts from store.úFollow the guidelines on ensuring cleanliness of customer vehicle during service operations using protective materials.úAny other tasks as directed the Manager/SupervisorúComply with quality standards and health and safety procedure.úInform the workshop foreman/supervisor for any additional work required and obtain approval.úInform Workshop Foreman and Workshop Controller in case of parts non availabilityúWrite the complete details of work performed in the repair order.úCommunicate and follow-up parts ordered with Parts Department.úUnderstand the effective use of tools and equipment.úDevelop/improve the skills in performing maintenance service in order to improve efficiency and quality.úUnderstand and implement new systems relating to mechanical operations in order to improve service quality.úKnowledgeable in performing automotive mechanical repairsHaving the ability to clearly communicate both orally and written.
