Functional Description˙This position is responsible for purchasing steps and procedures in confirming with company objectives to reduce the cost and increase the efficiency of purchasing process as well as selection of qualified suppliers.˙Major Duties and Responsibilities˙?Implement and monitor all required purchasing procedures relating?Maintain a reference library of employment and labor law information to ensure that the company continues to be up to date and in compliance with the most recent employment and labor legislation.?Prepares administrative and personnel correspondences such terminations and certificate letters.?Prepares offer letters, employment contracts, statements of terms and conditions of employment to successful applicants.?Maintain the personnel database and prepare reports as required to provide information to management, government bodies and related agencies.?Coordinates various Personnel matters related to government relations such as GOSI, passport, Iqama issuance, renewals, visas, sponsorship transfer processing and others similar issues.?Record and maintain employee investigations, actions taken and labor disputes in cooperation with the HR Department.?Maintain the companys official documents such as chamber of commerce certificate, licenses and other similar documents.˙Note: this job description shall include, but is not necessarily limited to the above duties. May temporarily perform other duties assigned to maintain operations and services.˙Reporting Line˙This position reports to the Human Resources Manager.˙Span of Control˙This position has no supervisory authority.
