To support the Design Team in the delivery of projects by undertaking a range of Architectural duties to ensure effective and timely delivery.

To prepare a schematic design, design development, contract documentation, and implementation of projects according to schedules and budget
Planning and preparing architectural design and computerized drawings according to required standards and codes.
Able to deliver work and drawings in an efficient and timely manner.
Liaising with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors.
Updating master tracking list of construction drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings.
Liaise with all relevant parties and Clients to obtain accurate information and coordinate with team members.
Prepare design proposal, layout plans, CAD drawing, Shopdrawings.
To attend relevant project meeting, site meeting, coordination meeting, and site visit
Keep abreast of developments in design, construction, and legislative aspects of building and design
Any other job roles and responsibilities as assigned during employment
