Job Description

Job Summary: The Application Administrator is responsible for , Operation and Management of Business Applications.?

  • Coordinate and participate in Enhancements, Automation of Systems & Database function and adhere to efficient operational practices and improve continuously.
  • Coordinate and participate in Application design, development, testing, debugging, setup, configuration, implementation and Fine tuning.
  • Analyze software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
  • Coordinate with IT Personnel to evaluate interface between hardware and software, operational and performance requirements of overall business applications.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders (Business Users) for Defects/CR/New Business requirements.
  • Develop, enhance & customize business applications.
  • Build Server side and software programs.
  • Coordinate and maintain User Access Controls & Batch Management.
  • Perform and manage Application deployments, data fix in NPR & Production environment, coordinate with stakeholders for Sanity testing.
  • Coordinate and maintain Change & Defect Management process in all Business Applications
  • Design, develop SQL scripts for data retrieval, reporting, enhancement and automation.
  • Assume all authorities outlined in the authority schedules
  • Respond to User request on Phone/e-mail/in-person for Application support (Internal/External).
  • Document and log Application Availability, User Support tasks in accordance with defined SLA.
  • Document relevant Logs, bugs & Fixes for resolution and future reference.??
  • Gather information from User(s) on errors and discrepancies in Functional/Technical process
