  • Monitor and track accounts payable aging to ensure timely payment and avoid late fees.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies or outstanding issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records, including contact information, tax IDs, and payment terms.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.
  • Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports and metrics for management review.˙
