Job Description

The Aftermarket Sales Manager will lead the Aftermarket Sales and Service department in a wide variety of activities including spare parts product support for national and international customer base.˙The Aftermarket Sales Manager must be able to work autonomously, have outstanding communication skills, be detail-oriented, be a problem solver with superior customer service skills, and work constructively with a variety of stakeholders with a tactful, positive approach.˙

  1. Responsible for the sales of BMS Systems, Spare Parts, Services, and annual service/maintenance contracts for A/C Systems.
  2. Provide technical direction, and guidance, in the development and implementation of the BMS Control System Design.
  3. To research and identify potential customers for services.
  4. To provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts of parts and labor sales.
  5. Manage and monitor the receivables.
  6. Builds and manages long-term customer relationships/partnerships.
  7. Responsible for customer satisfaction.
  8. Executes the sales process to aid in cultivating and managing long-term relationships
  9. Obtain and close sales monthly. Seeks to expand the depth of offerings within that account.
  10. Build partnering relationships with the end users, service providers, and consultants responsible
  11. for the decision-making process to drive the sales offered by the company.
  12. Demonstrated technical expertise to develop credibility, loyalty, trust, and commitment.
  13. Seeks out, targets, and initiates contact with multiple general contractors and consultants.
  14. Addresses customer?s operational and environmental objectives, needs, and requirements.
  15. Recommends solutions and links customer objectives to total value solutions and competitive advantage.
  16. Solicits support from and communicate effectively with internal staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
  17. Develops relationship with Solution and Systems sales organization to exceed customer?s expectations.
