Job Description

Main Job PurposeExecute the Admin operations by providing consistent services for the employee in order to maintain positive relationships as well as promote the employees? satisfaction.Accountabilities:Camp:

  • Conduct periodic field visits permanently to the camp in order to solve the issues and maintain a healthy organizational culture.
  • Maintain the laborers? accommodation through classifying the laborers by nationality, following up with concern dept. in any facility issue, and checking the necessary requirements (beds, AC?s, CCTV, furniture, etc.) in order to maintain a comfortable environment.
  • Responsible for delivery and receipt of camping rooms for new employees and those who have resigned to make sure that all residents are from the companys employees.
Gate Pass:
  • Process gate passes for all employees and ensures that they are renewed, printed, and delivered in a timely manner.
Employee(s):
  • Execute the Medical Cards issuance and distribution through the review of the required services (e.g. addition, deletion, and reimbursement) for the employees, the communication with the Service Providers, and update the system with all the cards data to ensure providing our employees with the Medical Services in line with the policy.
  • Control the stationery stock store through an updated log for all the delivered and released items for all departments in order to maintain the stock level.
  • Issue the employee(s) card for the new joiner through printing, activating, and delivering to provide proper and timely Admin services to employees.
Department:
  • Participate in departmental projects as required and prepare reports in order to support the departments operations.
  • Participate in the payment process by issuing the PRs, following up with the concerned parties, etc. to ensure accurate and timely implementation of the department?s payments.
Employee?s duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
