Job Description

Purpose: ? 1.???Responsible for applying and to follow for accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely transactions and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control proceduresDuties & Responsibilities?

  1. Daily checking and recording of Suppliers/Sub Contractors Invoices and recording to Oracle Financials.
  2. Monitoring of foreign purchases, then recording & adjustments according to VAT & Customs
  3. Monitoring of unadjusted Advance Payments to Suppliers & Adjustments
  4. Monitoring and preparing reconciliation of Vendor accounts
  5. Monthly Reconciliation between Accounts payable Subledgers and General Ledger ??
  6. Monthly Bank Reconciliations
  7. Gathering and consolidation of data from various stake holders for Quarterly cash forecast and variance analysis
