Job Description

JOB PURPOSEAct as a specialized member in the accounting area to ensure that all the supporting documents are prepared and timely processing along with all invoices vouchers in accordance with company policies and procedures.Accounting Analysis?

  • Delivers specified outcomes and/or provides support services within a designated area of audit control by working within established systems.
  • Develops and tests administrative procedures to fulfill organizational needs.
  • Manage relationships with important internal customers and act as their business partner, while taking guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Conducts research using primary data sources and selects relevant information to enable an analysis of key themes and trends.
  • Delivers prescribed outcomes by working as directed within established data management systems and procedures.
  • Edits documents to fit the organizations style guidelines and prepare information for publication using established procedures and standards.
  • Develops and/or delivers a plan for significant aspects of the financial management and/or control process.
  • Develops procedures for area of expertise with guidance from senior colleagues, then monitors implementation of those procedures within the organization.
  • Accept any request from a senior member (work-related).
Continuous Improvement
  • Support in identifying opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices while taking into account international leading practices, improvement of business processes, and cost reduction and providing recommendations to the director of the financial department in his designated area.?
Policies, Systems, Processes, & Procedures
  • Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Reports
  • Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate departmental statements and reports to meet the financial department in his designated area requirements, policies, and standards
Health, Safety & Environment
  • Complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.?
