Job Description

One of leading construction company offering potential for future personal growth and leadership opportunities. The company is a dynamically developing company that is looking for a talented Accountant who will perform the following functions:RESPONSBILITIES:

  • Participate in the formation and implementation of company financial plans
  • Responsible for the accounting operations of the company
  • Preparation of all monthly financial reports
  • Monitoring the project KPIs and conducting monthly review meeting with project teams.
  • Provide reporting and budgeting as required by senior management team.
  • Manage company and project cash flow
  • Work with project management staff ensuring proper compliance with accounting procedures including reviewing and analyzing job cost estimates and reports monthly.
  • Develop written accounting procedures for the operations staff and work with team to ensure proper implementation and compliance.
  • Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable staff and functions.
  • Working with the bank for Treasury function including negotiation of LCs
  • Coordinating with Statutory auditors and Tax Consultants for compliance as per local law
STRATEGIC INITIATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners including banks, title companies, etc. that will support and grow the business
  • Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
  • Creating new accounting procedures/operations to prepare and manage fast growing entity and the evolving business structure.
