Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Perform book keeping for sales related expenses and processing payments.?
  • Follow up on account receivables or account payable
  • Prepare relevant cash flow forecasting.?
  • Perform period end closing process
  • preparation of periodical financial statements.
Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Agents Debit notes receiving, reviewing, processing, reconciling and related periodic reporting.???????
  • Preparation of different reports and analysis as required by direct supervisor.
  • Perform accounting transactions as instructed to ensure their compliance with SAJA accounting policies and procedures.
  • Apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information regarding General Ledger.
  • Review and communicate actual vs budget expense reports.
  • Review employee reimbursement reports.
  • Working on the reports requested by the auditors.
