Job Description

Working as an Accountant would include any of the below work aspects according to the team task rotation:1- Payable

  • Reviewing of Supplier invoices
  • Reviewing of Pettycash
  • Recording AP invoices on SAP
  • Preparaion of payment request and obtain approvals
  • Recording of Payments on SAP
  • Supplier Reconciliaiton
  • Preparaion of any required reports related to AP
2- Receivable
  • Extracting of Sales reports from System and arranging the data in Excel
  • Extacrt Bank statement of accounts to check Cash/Span deposits
  • Record Sales Entries on SAP
  • Record Bank transaction entries on SAP
  • Review Delivery companies invoices, record invoices & reconcile accounts
  • Preparaion of any required reports related to AR
3- Inventory
  • Food Cost Rate (FCR) report
  • Monthly Full Stock taking for warehouse
  • Follow up on stock issuances and stock reports, ensure variences are properly resolved.
  • Prepare monthly stock movement report and esnure matching module with GL
4-Cash Management
  • Bank recnciliation
  • Classify all bank transactions into cash flow categories to ensure existence and completeness.
5-Archiving
  • Ensure all month related filing is done
  • Scaning of documents + Saving scaned files in their related VAT folders
  • Arranging of VAT supporting documents for monthly VAT report
  • Ensure all company contracts are updated both on internal log and on Kitopi Sharing
6-Audit
  • Participate during Audit, ensure Audit/Tax requirements are ready on time, communicate with Auditors in area of responsibility and fulfill requirements.
