Precast Fabrication Supervisor

Job Description

Strong knowledge of precast concrete production techniques, reinforcement detailing, and mould preparation.Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications.Familiarity with precast production equipment, lifting gear, and curing methods.Sound understanding of quality control, tolerances, and finishing requirements.Knowledge of HSE standards and procedures within a factory or yard environment.Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and production reporting systems.Supervisory & Management Skills:Capable of leading and motivating a team of workers, carpenters, steel fixers, and casting crew.Strong planning and organizational skills to meet production targets and deadlines.Effective communication and coordination with production engineers, QA/QC, and site teams.Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective measures.Proven experience in managing production operations in a precast yard (e.g., beams, columns, slabs, wall panels, etc.).Technical Skills:Other Requirements:Physically fit and willing to work in a yard/outdoor environment.Good command of English (knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or other regional languages is an advantage).Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and safety compliance.
