Job Description

  • Monitor all account payables and account receivables.
  • Prepare cheque payment and handle petty cash.
  • Administer all bank transactions.
  • Maintain bookkeeping and complete data entries in the accounting software.
  • Perform bank and regular accounts reconciliation and tax calculations as per Lebanese accounting policies.
  • Prepare accounts reconciliation for debitors and creditors.
  • Prepare profit and loss sheets on a regular basis and submit necessary reports to the financial manager.
  • Prepare accounts for the external auditor.
  • Prepare monthly payroll.
