Plant Maintenance ManagerRequirements:? Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.?Any value added qualification will be an added advantages.?Minimum 20 years related and 15 years relevant experience in upstream Oil & Gas process plant is must.?(preference for candidates with experience in Jurassic Production Facility (JPF) nature projects).?Good English communication abilities.?Interaction with client representatives, vendor & external agencies.?Working knowledge of MS Office/other relevant software.?Good team work spirit, good problem solving and pressure working ability.?Training to sub-ordinates, job identification and task distribution.?Leadership qualities to motivate and upgrade skill set of subordinate.?Good presentation and inter personnel skills?Preference for candidates available in Kuwait with transferrable visa (article 18).??
