Together we create custom app solutions for startups and mid-sized businesses that are tackling some of the biggest problems in healthcare, fintech, and on-demand.We are seeking a new?Project Manager (with Business Analyst Experience)?to join our growing team.Projects You?ll Be Working On:- Variety of projects within healthcare, fintech, and on-demand. Previous examples include fitness trackers, clinical trial management, loan AI, restaurant on-demand delivery.- Cross-platform solutions for web and mobile devices in ReactJS, React Native, MongoDB, NodeJS, hosted on AWS.- Native solutions in Swift and Java / Kotlin.??- Mixture of custom code and 3rd party API integrations, a rich admin panel with analytics.- Data-rich solutions with libraries for elegant data visualization.Your Responsibilities Include:- Be the go-to Business Analyst responsible for scoping, planning, eliciting requirements from stakeholders.- Executing product discovery with the technical team to map user journeys, identify key system components, recommend MVP feature set, and turn features into user stories and functional requirements.- Manage multiple requirements, tasks, and documents related to multiple independent projects.- Serve as the main point of contact to document and maintain scope changes and obtain stakeholder approvals in relation to requirements.- Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions.- Collaborating with UI/UX designers, technical project managers, developers, and QA team to align technical team toward product KPIs.- Serve as a conduit between project/team members in all cross-functional groups (Operations, Project Management, Regulatory, Product, etc.).Important to Know:

1. The role requires 40 hours of work a week, therefore is a full-time position
2. All our employees are expected to overlap 4 hours with Pacific Time Zone on their workdays.
3. This role?requires strong Project Management experience and some Business Analysis experience; both skills will be checked in the interviews.
4. The rate per hour for this role is between 20$ - 33$. The range depends on candidate experience and fit with the role.
