Job Title: System Administrator Level II*Location : IraqSecurity Clearance: Position requires an active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearanceDue to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.*** Position is contingent upon contract award. ***Job Responsibilities:Trace Systems is actively seeking a System Administrator Level II* to join our team in Iraq.Duties include:? Shall maintain and manage the network server and systems infrastructure.? Shall manage and troubleshoot Windows Active Directory, GPOs, and DNS.? Shall manage Microsoft operating systems Windows Server 2008(R2) and Windows Server 2003.? Shall manage and troubleshoot messaging protocols and operations with Microsoft Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2010 products.? Shall manage Symantec backup exec and NetApp SNAP manager utilities.? Shall provide support in the deployment and configuration of network systems.? Shall analyze, troubleshoot, and configure network hardware and software.? Shall deploy vendor updates and security patches.? Perform systems performance diagnoses and scalability assessment activities.? Shall apply best practices and in compliance with security and DISA guidelines.? Shall compose and maintain network documentation, such as topology diagrams, circuit/equipment inventories and configuration reports.? Proficiency in the use of BMC Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM) suite and IT Business Management (ITBM) and related tools:? Asset Management and configuration management? Change management? Knowledge Management? Assist in the tailoring and implementation of the Joint Enabling Capability Command's (JECC) Knowledge Management Plan (KMP) template to meet the supported commands mission objectives.? Shall provide functions that support knowledge management, visualization, process mapping, the Joint Operational Planning Process, development, implementation execution of Knowledge Management Plan (KMP).Minimum Qualifications:? Position requires a minimum of three (3) years related work experience working with Windows 2003 server and Exchange 2003 systems administration and shall have two (2) years experience years experience in a military environment.? Shall have detailed knowledge of Microsoft operating systems Windows 2008(R2) and Windows Server 2003.? Shall have detailed knowledge of system deployment, management, and troubleshooting of messaging protocols and operations with Microsoft Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2010 products.? Shall have detailed knowledge of backup technologies specifically Symantec backup exec and NetApp SIPR/NIPR Access Point (SNAP) manager utilities.? Shall have knowledge and familiarity with reviewing and deploying vendor updates for security patches.? Shall have knowledge and familiarity with storage technologies such as Storage Area Network (SAN) or Network Attached Storage (NAS).? Shall have knowledge and familiarity with server performance tuning and monitoring tools.? Shall have knowledge and familiarity with server configuration and management tools (Microsoft System Center Operations manager (SCOM) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)).? Shall have network troubleshooting skills and knowledge of networks.? Shall have technical documentation skills.Shall have knowledge and familiarity of action plans for planned and unplanned changes to the network infrastructure.? Shall have experience with server performance tuning and monitoring tools.? Shall have technical documentation skills.? Shall have Security .? Shall have Network .? MCSE or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA).? Position requires an active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance.?
