This position is accountable for ensuring the following activities are executed:? OEPS standards are implemented and in use? General risk assessments are available, conducted and reviewed at the facilities? Training and competence programs within the countries are implemented and progressing? Incident management protocols are implemented and followed? RADAR program is effectively implemented? Facilities are utilizing the prescribed system for control of safety data sheets? Facilities are reporting energy usage and waste generation data appropriately, and reduction initiatives are applied? Facilities and product lines are adhering to legislative requirements in relation to hazardous materials? Facilities have current spill response plans implemented? Product lines are operating in compliance with service quality plans? Supplier approval process is implemented and critical suppliers are identified / audited in a timely manner? Support is provided for tenders, contract reviews and customer audits? Real estate are supported with environmental due diligence? Supports any certification requirements for the facilities within the country? Controls are in place to ensure compliance to government regulation related to occupational health, safety at work and environmental management? Supports the legal and compliance departments as requiredQUALIFICATIONSEssential? University Technical Degree? Qualified Auditor? Qualified Investigator? Relevant industry qualifications such as (operational risk management tools , integrated management systems)Preferred? University Safety or Engineering Degree?
