Job Title: Frequency Manager Support*Location : QatarSecurity Clearance: Position requires an active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearanceDue to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.*** Position is contingent upon contract award. ***Job Responsibilities:Trace Systems is actively seeking a Frequency Manager Support* to join our team in Qatar.Duties and responsibilities to include:? Provide technical expertise and guidance to G-6 or Government customer, as required, on the use and management of the electromagnetic spectrum.? Establish and update command policy for managing, requesting, and coordinating the use of the electromagnetic spectrum, Joint Restricted Frequency List (JRFL) process, and Communications Electronics Operating Instructions (CEOI) process.? Gather spectrum use requirements to conduct operation and contingencies, as required.? Obtain, via Spectrum XXI or other authorized means, spectrum resources to conduct operations and contingencies, as required.? Shall identify, report, and resolve in a timely manner, electromagnetic interference (EMI).? Provide liaison between Major Subordinate Commands (MSC), higher headquarters and or other senior spectrum management agencies.? Provide coordination among Ground Task Force operations can be supported within the electromagnetic environment.? Support development and procurement of spectrum operations tools and policy.? Provide recommendations to G-6 or government POC, as required, for manning, training and equipping all spectrum operations.? Maintain and promulgate a common frequency database for planning, coordinating, and controlling spectrum use.? Identify, evaluate, and provide resolution guidance to potential spectrum use conflicts.? Develop, update, and distribute a CEOI for all forces under operational control of G6 or government POC, as required.? Support the controlling authority for the CEOI.? Participate as a member of the Electronic Warfare Coordination Cell (EWCC).? Combine G/S-2, G/S-3, and G/S-6 or government POC, as required inputs to develop, update, and distribute the Joint Restricted Frequency List (JRFL).? Ensure Information Operations (IO) plans are supportable within the spectrum management architecture.? Uphold the command policy for requesting and coordinating the use of Ultra High Frequency (UHF) Tactical Satellite (TACSAT), Super High Frequency (SHF) and Extremely High Frequency (EHF) SATCOM.? The Contractor support functions generating Satellite Access Request (SAR) to proper controlling authority, receive Satellite Access Authorization, receive satellite frequency approval, submit assignment to frequency database, and informs user of the authorized frequencies.Minimum Qualifications:? Shall be an Electromagnetic Spectrum Management Course graduate? Shall have a minimum two (2) years current experience in processing Standard Frequency Action Format (SFAF) records? Shall have a minimum of two (2) years experience in a military environment? Position requires an active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance.? Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.Desired Qualifications:?
