Job Description

Brief Role: Providing high level administrative support by handling information requests, performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving incoming calls, Arrange VP or VP appointments and visitors meeting. Data recording for the purpose of future consideration of VP.Responsibilities:

  1. Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
  2. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents for future consideration.
  3. Compile data and prepare papers records.
  4. Arrangement and booking of Shipment and courier of important documents.
  5. Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments for VP.
  6. Memos, letters and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentations.
  7. Follow up on issues as directed and required by the VP.
  8. Co-ordinate internal and external meetings involving VP executive and others as required (including refreshments etc.) and provide necessary follow up.
  9. Maintenance of accurate, comprehensive and accessible manual and electronic filing systems.
Qualifications:Diploma or Bachelor degree in Administration, Secretary or any related field.
