  • Guiding team to deliver KPI?s
  • Deliver Product reporting requirements for different entities / countries
  • Act as Subject matter expert in relation to Product Costing, Consolidation and Reporting activities.
  • Standardizing the process, finding gaps and improving the performance
  • Support Continuous improvements in the process, in line with the digital strategy.
  • Smooth Delivery of Annual Budgeting activities
Accountabilities-
  • Ensuring functional KPI?s are delivered with desired level of accuracy.
  • Stakeholder management
  • Smooth delivery of Budget cost and sales KPI?s
  • Team Coaching, Development and engagement
  • Supporting Global initiative with End to end implementation
  • Uses best practices and knowledge to support continuous improvement for processes/services
  • Collaborate with stake holders
