  • Coordinate the cross functional meeting, analyze trend of the KPIs and assign accountabilities to concerned stake holders
  • Escalation of the chronic issues to higher TIER
  • For all critical functions cascade organization goal and assign KPIs, Provide infrastructure and tracking mechanism
  • Identify current bottlenecks of manufacturing facilities and create the mechanism to calculate capacities of the lines based on actual scenario
  • Assess gap between Demand and Supply. If gap identified work on the different scenarios to debottleneck the line and summarise capacity debottlenecking glide path.
  • Do the VSM and establish Lead time of the processes. Trigger the projects to reduce the LEAD time to match TAKT rate.
  • Do IPA (Identify, Prioritise, assign) activity for the projects. Give training and coach the project. Conduct toll gates and track project progress. Keep a track of project savings.
  • Do BPS/PPS/GB/BB Training and coaching of cross functional team
  • Maintain and circulate data of KPIs to management (example- OEE, Conversion loss, Production achievement etc.)
  • Drive 6s, Problem solving etc. kaizen events in the plant
